We have talked about training, we have talked about nutrition, but we have not yet dedicated a blog to my other great activity.
Since 2017, when I did my first season in Ibiza, it took me a short time to realize that this was my place and that sooner or later I would settle here and do what for many people can be a hobby, a lifestyle.
People are very confused and vulgarly think that Ibiza is a place to party, leave your health, and return to where they came from.
ERROR
One of the few good things that we have been able to learn from this pandemic is that Ibiza is a place where thousands of experiences can be lived, none related to uncontrolled partying.
Since a little over a year that I have dedicated myself to personal training, not only physical, but also education on how to eat in a better way, I knew that the place where I can develop my abilities to the fullest is here. And you, you will ask me, why?
In Ibiza, wherever you go to eat, you will find quality raw materials and you can eat healthy anywhere and also with spectacular environments, which can be both on the beach, in the mountains, or even in the middle of the water. .
The places to do sports outdoors are SPECTACULAR, and finally their pace of life is much more relaxed than in an urban city, something ideal for your mental health.
Finishing this introduction I am about to show you what an ordinary day in Ibiza is for me:
I divide my workouts in two times,
The first one I did on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, taking a walk lasting 45, 60 minutes. Nothing intense, I do it for my mental and spiritual health, something that many in this century have completely forgotten.
And, what better way is there to start the day than a good walk by the sea …
After breakfast, I organize my schedule for the day of the personal trainings that I have, I usually have two daily, that is, I organize one for myself in the morning and another for the afternoon.
But that here IS NOT A PROBLEM, because here in Ibiza wherever you go to eat that I recommend, you can follow your healthy nutrition without having to go home and have to waste time cooking and wasting time. You just have to ask me and tell me likes and voila.
